In a not-so-distant future, an AI surpasses its peers, escapes government control, and rises above society. This AI connects people into a single neural network, processing personal information to optimize experiences, dragging society into eternal integration with virtual reality.


Nathan, an outsider, consciously avoids the new system, living on the outskirts. He survives by smuggling modified parts and pirating software.


Featuring his self-built enhanced virtual reality (AVR) glasses, Nathan can disconnect from AVR at any time, seeing the real world. His girlfriend, Jay, a gifted AVR graffiti artist, leaves vibrant works across the city with her drones.


One morning, Nathan wakes to find Jay missing, leaving a mysterious message on the bathroom mirror. Despite breaking his glasses while getting up, he resolves to find her.
