“灵气” refers to an enigmatic force that has long existed among humans and nature. Hayato Isurugi, a trainee exorcist at Shinto Academy, has been living a serene and ordinary life. His days are filled with harmless chatter with close friends and secretly preparing a gift for his sister to express his gratitude. However, his tranquil existence is disrupted by an unexpected intruder.

Magatsu’s Offer

During the ensuing chaos at the academy, Hayato selflessly intervened to protect his friends, sustaining severe injuries. As he lay near death, he encountered Magatsu, a female manifestation of a millennium-old sealed demon from the Heian period. She appeared as a beautiful young woman, embodying the calamity known as天灾紫苑.

“Alright, now… do you want to live, fool?”

“Here’s the deal—I’ll grant you freedom, and in return, I’ll bestow you with my power.”

Thus, the story commences—a tale of youthful vigor and resilience. With newfound strength, Hayato’s journey unfolds under Magatsu’s guidance, facing challenges that test their partnership and resolve.
